What's the best visual to measure changes between "before" and "after" an implementation?

My team is implementing a new process and I want to track its success. Is there a visual that lets me track data from "before" and "after" to identify which KPIs we're hitting and which are still lacking?

We also have a timeline on when we want to implement different steps. Is there a way to integrate my calendar directly into Power BI so I can view our timeline at the same time as our "before" and "after"?
