Can't use premium features for Gantt Chart

Hello, I purchased the Premium Features with my account for my User ID but I still can't use it. I've looked over in Microsoft Admin Account and it shows active but I still can't use it. Need help please:

As you can see below, the subscription status is Active, but the Assigned License shows as "Not Available":

The funny fact is that it shows 0/1 License Assigned on the screen below:

However when I got to the License page I can't find it:

Please advise
